Yes, but only for the cost of the accommodation.

Can I check in before 4 pm in my accommodation ?

It is best to arrive after 4 p.m. Call to see if accommodation is available.

What should I do if I arrive after reception has closed ?

Call before it closes to let us know you’ll be arriving late and we’ll find a solution.

Can I choose a specific camping pitch ?

Yes, of course. Just let us know your criteria and we will do the rest! (Subject to availability).

Can I book two pitches side by side ?

Yes, subject to availability.

Can I bring my dog to the campsite ?

Yes, if you book a “tent, caravan or motor home” pitch (depending on the type of dog and subject to an up-to-date vaccination record).

Can my friends or family members join us a few days into our holiday ?

Yes, if the size of your accommodation or pitch permits. But you must let our reception staff know first.

Can my friends join us in their motor home ?

Yes, if there’s a free pitch, they’re more than welcome to bring their motor home.

However, it would be better for them to book a pitch by calling us or via our website.

Can I pitch a tent beside my motor home ?

It depends on the pitch. Please check with reception, as there will be an additional cost.

Do you rent baby cots/booster seats ?

Yes, but you are advised to book these in advance.

Do I have to pay a damage deposit when I check in ?

Yes, when you arrive you will be asked for a damage deposit for your chosen accommodation option.

Can I pay with "Chèques Vacances" or holiday vouchers ?

We only accept “Chèques Vacances”.

It's my friend's birthday soon, can I offer him a gift voucher for your campsite ?

Yes, just contact the campsite and let us know which accommodation option you want and the amount, and we’ll organise that for you.

For the stay

What should I do when leaving ?

Departure must be at 10:30 a.m. at the latest for accommodation and 12 p.m. for camping pitches. Regarding departure from accommodation, you will have previously made an appointment for a quick check of the premises and at that time we will collect the key.

The deposit will be canceled when the cleaning staff has passed and if no damage has been noticed.

Is there a washing machine in the campsite ?

Yes, a washing machine is at your disposal in the campsite sanitary block.

You must ask us for use at reception.

Can I use our own laundry detergent ?

Yes it’s possible. Otherwise, doses of detergent are on sale at reception.

Are sheets and towels provided ?

No, but it is possible to buy disposable sheet kits and rent towel kits at reception.

Are barbecues allowed ?

Yes, gas, electric or plancha barbecue. Also, there are 2 charcoal barbecues available in the campsite.

Do you have WIFI ?

Yes, we have WIFI at reception and under the barn.

What are the opening hours of the swimming pool ?

Depending on the period, the swimming pool is open from 10:30 a.m. or 11 a.m. to 7 p.m. every day.

Is the pool heated ?

The swimming pool is heated during the day. It is also covered.

What is the size of the swimming pool ?

The swimming pool measures 10 m x 5 m.

Are swim shorts allowed ?

No, only pool briefs and boxers are permitted for hygiene reasons.

Is the swimming pool supervised ?

No, children are under the supervision of parents or responsible adults.

Friends come to visit us, what should we do ?

Visitors are allowed on the campsite, in limited numbers.

You must declare your visitors to reception (first name) before their arrival if possible. Their car must remain outside the campsite.

Can my “Visitor” friends go to the swimming pool ?

No, access to the swimming pool is reserved for campsite customers.
